The Graduation Ceremony for the outgoing batch of 2023-24 was an extraordinary event that marked the culmination of their academic journey. Held on 20th January 2024 in the glorious campus of DPS Bhopal, the ceremony was a blend of nostalgia, celebration, and inspiration.
The event commenced with graduates, teachers and dignitaries adorned in the ceremonial robes and caps, a milestone for the graduates. The grand procession of the guests and dignitaries lent a formal inception to the solemn occasion. The lighting of the ceremonial lamp and the rendition of prayer infused a sacred and luminous spirit.
The Principal delivered an uplifting opening address, reflecting on the students’ growth and achievements throughout their academic years.
The Chief Guest for the occasion was the school alumnus, Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate, Raisen District, Mr. Sanchit Asthana. The event witnessed the illustrious attendance of Shri Hari Mohan Gupta Ji, Chairman JSWS, Chancellor JLU, Pro-Vice Chairman DPS Bhopal – Indore – Kolar Road- Rau and Shri Nitin Ambaselkar Ji, President (Finance & Accounts), JSWS, CAO DPS Bhopal, Indore, Kolar Road & Rau.
The highlight of the ceremony was the distribution of the mementos to the graduates. The students stepped on the stage class wise to be captured in a frame, a moment filled with a melange of emotions—joy, gratitude, and a touch of melancholic nostalgia at the culmination of the school years. The valedictorian’s speech resonated with the audience as they expressed gratitude, shared memories.
The sonorous renditions by the Dipsites added an emotional touch with their heartfelt lyrics. In his address, the Chief Guest and Pro Vice Chairman Sir encouraged the graduates to embrace the challenges and continue striving for excellence.
As the ceremony concluded, the graduates tossed their caps in the air, symbolizing the end of one chapter and the beginning of another. The Class of 2024 left the ceremony carrying the torch of knowledge and the spirit of Transcendence into their future endeavors

The Graduation Ceremony was hosted by Delhi Public School Bhopal on January 14, 2023, for the outgoing batch of Class XII, Session 2022-23. It was an incredible day not only for the graduands but also for their parents. The Chief Guest for the ceremony was Shri Sachin Atulkar, IPS, D I G, Police, Additional Commissioner Police, Bhopal Commissionerate. The evening commenced with the ceremonial March Past by the dignitaries, students and faculty members decked up in their caps and gowns. After the customary lighting of the lamp, the dignitaries adorned the venue.
Mrs. Vinita Malik, Principal, DPS Bhopal welcomed the august gathering. She also urged the students to meet onuses of life with honesty and discretion if they desired to succeed in all their endeavours. The graduands made a commitment to be the real torchbearers by blazing the insignia of the school to mark this propitious occasion and expressing their emotions through ‘Reflections’.
Shri Abhishek Mohan Gupta, Joint Secretary, Jagran Social Welfare Society, Bhopal Pro-Chancellor, Jagran Lakecity University Bhopal, Shri Nitin Ambaselkar, Chief Accounts Officer, DPS Bhopal-Indore-Kolar Road-Rau, Mrs. Vandana Dhupar, Principal, DPS, Kolar Road, Vice Principals Dr. Yogesh Padegaonkar, Dr. Mukta Sharma, Mrs.Megha Muktibodh, Dean GSK and Headmistress, Mrs.Sheeba Rajesh encouraged the students with their substantial presence.
Shri Sachin Atulkar stressed the importance of “unlearning to learn” in order to have entrepreneurship and bright future prospects.
Shri Hari Mohan Gupta, Pro Vice Chairman, DPS Bhopal-Indore-Kolar Road-Rau,shared his blessings and invaluable pearls of wisdom through a special message for the graduating students.
The management and staff received effusive accolades from the parents for turning their children into potential assets to society.
Yashveer Mulchandani, the President of the Student Council, made a motion to adjourn the Ceremony with a Vote of Gratitude. Everybody wished the students a fantastic and successful future.
